A web-based booking platform for pet groomers that turns service menus, add-ons, pet records, and appointment availability into one cleaner scheduling workflow.
About the project
Pawstack gives independent groomers and small salons a booking system built around the details generic schedulers usually miss.
The product is designed for the full grooming workflow: publishing services, collecting customer and pet details, managing availability, keeping appointment notes visible, and giving clients a clearer way to book without back-and-forth messages.
Service and business setup supports dog-size pricing, durations, add-on menus, public-site settings, opening hours, booking windows, concurrent capacity, billing, and subscription management.
Calendar and booking tools help groomers review upcoming appointments, create admin bookings, track statuses, and keep the daily schedule organized.
Customer and pet records keep contact details, pet photos, allergies, coat notes, handling preferences, internal notes, and visit history connected to each groomer workspace.
Public booking pages guide clients through core services, optional add-ons, pet selection, available dates, times, visit notes, and booking confirmation.
Results
Pawstack gives dog groomers a clearer, more reliable way to run bookings and stay in control of each day's work.
The build turns a scattered booking process into a more reliable operating flow: groomers can configure the service menu once, publish a booking page, collect the right appointment information up front, and manage the resulting work from the same admin surface.
For customers, the booking path is clearer because price, duration, dog size, add-ons, availability, pet details, location, and confirmation are handled in one flow. For groomers, the result is better visibility before the appointment and fewer operational details buried in messages.

- A React web app supported by Firebase for sign-in, data, file storage, and server-side services.
- Individual groomer workspaces that keep services, customers, pets, availability, and bookings connected.
- A booking flow that calculates price and duration, captures appointment details, and shows available times.
- Stripe subscriptions for trials, payments, account billing, and access management.
What I worked on
I worked across the product from positioning through build: identifying the grooming-specific workflow, shaping the service and booking model, defining the groomer workspace, and turning the product into a usable web app and marketing site.
The implementation covered groomer signup, authentication, workspace setup, public-site settings, services, add-ons, customer records, pet records, booking creation, booking availability, appointment dashboards, calendar views, subscription flows, and customer-facing booking screens.
I also handled the underlying technical structure: Firestore schema design, security rules, document-reference data modeling, storage paths, callable functions, Stripe integration, booking confirmation logic, customer contact sync, email-trigger functions, and deployment configuration.
